Tapo C225 goes offline
Hi
My tapo C225, keeps going offline by it self and then it has to physically powered off n on to get back online, which is not very reliable as sometime you are not home and camera is not available?? Any one else's facing that issue ?

What if Tapo smart devices keep losing connection or going offline?
Please confirm the following information if the offline behavior persists.
1. What's the model number of your router? Is the camera connected to your router's Wi-Fi directly rather than an AP/RE?
2. Do you have a stable Wi-Fi connection on the other client devices connected to the router's Wi-Fi?
3. How often does the offline phenomenon occur?
4. You can refer to the following instructions to collect the camera log for further analysis.
How to get the log of Tapo Camera
If the problem persists, contact our customer service team and provide the results of the above troubleshooting steps.

1. What's the model number of your router? Is the camera connected to your router's Wi-Fi directly rather than an AP/RE? Hi Camera is connected tp TP-link Omada EAP 725
2. Do you have a stable Wi-Fi connection on the other client devices connected to the router's Wi-Fi? Yes all other clients connected and they never go offline
3. How often does the offline phenomenon occur? Its completely random but at least 2 to 3 times in a month I have noticed it Happening
4. You can refer to the following instructions to collect the camera log for further analysis. Will collect the log and send once ready thanks.
