I have a schedule set up for the recording of my c260. The camera is recording at every detection regardless of my schedule. How can I fix this?

Hello,

Welcome to TP-Link Community.

 1. If you have inserted an SD card into the camera and want to set up the recording schedule of the SD card, please refer to the following steps.
    1) Go to the Tapo app>camera's Device Settings > Storage & Recording page.
    2) Ensure the Local Recording option is enabled and the SD card status is Good.
    3) Tap Recording Schedule to set the schedule for continuous recording, detection recording, or don't record.


2. If you have subscribed to the Tapo Care service, the camera will record the detection video clips whenever it detects events and store these video clips on our cloud server. There is no Recordings Schedule feature for the Tapo Care service.

 

If the issue persists, please provide a screenshot of your schedule settings, and also confirm that the camera’s time zone is set correctly. This will help us further investigate the issue.
