Hi,

How can I manage the Retention Time of stored Videos? For example: "Delete all Videos after 7 Days"

  @Strukturo 

 

This feature isn't supported on Tapo H500. When the loop recording feature is enabled, the amount of time videos are retained depends on both storage capacity and recording frequency. Once the storage fills up, the oldest recordings will be gradually overwritten by the newest ones.

Hi, thanks for the Info.

Managing a retention time should be a future functionality of Tapo, because in Europe deleting videos after max 7 to 14 days is mandatory bei law because there are normaly no reasons for a longer storage. (Euopean Union General Data Protection Regulation GDPR).
