        This camera is offline. Its not working. Please can you give me another firmware for the solve this problem.

At this time, we do not have any alternative or special firmware available for this model. If you would like to check for firmware updates, please visit the official TP‑Link website and see whether there is a newer firmware version available compared to the one currently installed on your device:https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/download/nc450/v2/#Firmware

Note:Please make sure that your camera is V1 or V2.


If the issue persists even with the latest firmware, we recommend continuing to work with the support team for further diagnosis and next‑step assistance.

We recommend that you first reset the camera by following the steps in this FAQ: How to remove my Camera from Cloud when the camera is offline

After the reset, please try to set up the camera again from scratch.

 

If you encounter any issues during the setup process, please refer to this troubleshooting guide: What should I do if I fail to configure the cloud camera?


If the camera is still offline after completing these steps, we recommend contacting the support team for further assistance. They will be able to help check the device status and advise on the next steps.

Hello. I reset the device by pressing the button for 30 seconds. I did this three times, but the problem persists each time. The camera doesn't display an image. It seems this is a software issue, judging from your responses to other users on the forum who experienced the same problem. You suggested installing different software for them. Could you help me with this as well?
