Internet Backup
Hi!
Is the new Internet Backup feature meant to work connected to a wi-fi hotspot?
I can get it to successfully connect but it then constantly disconnects. When it is connected everything looks ok and all devices appear to be connected but in reality they don't have access to the internet so something isn't quite right.

You can refer to the instructions below to set up the Hotspot Backup feature, or check whether your settings are correct.

If the same phenomenon persists, please confirm the following information.
1. Is your Wi-Fi hotspot from your phone or another internet source?
2. Do you have internet on your client device when connecting to the Wi-Fi hotspot directly? If so, what's the IP address on your client device?

3. Do you have a stable internet connection from the Wi-Fi hotspot?

Hi,
When your client devices are connected to the Deco's Wi-Fi but have no internet connection, what's the LED status on the Deco? Is it solid green?
Please send us screenshots of the Deco app > More > Internet Connection page and the Advanced > Internet Backup > Hotspot Backup page.
