My H500 hub keeps going offline every couple of weeks or so.  I find it with Green and Red alternating lights.  A power-cycle immediately resolves the issue; but I would like to know how to stop this - in case my security system stops while I'm away.

My wi-fi is a pair of Deco X50s, and one of these is about 3m from the H500.  All my Tapo devices are connected to the IoT network.  For the H500 and attached cameras I have Device isolation set to off.

I haven't tried to hardwire it to this hub because the slots are already in use, so it would require an additional switch; but I can't see why this should be necessary given my wi-fi is rock solid.

I have now set Diagnostics mode on the hub to on, and will report back.  In the meantime - any ideas?

Thanks

  @Hadders

LED blinking red and green means the hub is connecting to WiFi (already disconnected). For your case, please check the signal strength of your Tapo H500. Thanks  @Wayne-TP

Signal strength shows -30, very strong.

Ping return time worst-case is 14.3ms.

The firmware TP Deco and H500 and both running on the latest versions.
