Hello,

If your Tapo doorbell shows the wrong date and time on the Live View page, please review the following troubleshooting steps.

    1. Ensure the doorbell's firmware and the Tapo app are up to date.

    2. Set the correct Time Zone on the doorbell's Device Settings>Device Info>Time Zone page.

    3. Turn off NVR or third-party software if the doorbell is connected, and then reboot the doorbell.

    4. Change the router's DNS to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4.

    5. Turn off your modem or router's firewall if there is one.

What a bad community app. I cannot correct my own issue.  

 

I encountered problems in the video recording of my doorbell camera in the cloud.  I use the tapo app. 

Very often lately,  it shows the time 2:29 although a minute earlier or later it shows the right time.
