Vacuum slipping and unable to mop after firmware update
My RV30 Max Plus is unable to mop after update , the problem seems to be the wheel slipping when the mop is too wet, but I didn't have this issue before the firmware update came in.

Can you be more specific? Is the robot vacuum unable to move at all (or just circling in a small area), or is its cleaning path messy?
What happens if you use a dry mop?

Hi @Wayne-TP
The vacuum get stuck there, sometimes it moves Abit more sometimes it just stuck there. Without mopping the vacuuming is fine without issues

It's still not working and essentially I have a vacuum that has the moo function and can't mop🥹
