Lost cloud recorded video
Added C210 to my saved videos contract that I had for C320 camera.
Paid double the amount to cover it.
It worked for a few days but now only have recordings from the original C320WS. Any help?

Just to confirm, is the issue that the C210 is no longer recording cloud videos, while the original C320WS is still recording normally?
Could you please help check and confirm the following details:
1. Since when has the C210 stopped recording cloud videos?
2. Have you checked the Detection settings on the C210 to ensure detection and cloud recording are still enabled?
3. Could you please confirm that the C210 is still added to your active Tapo Care plan and has not been removed from the subscription?
4. If possible, could you provide a screenshot of the cloud playback page, so we can see from which point cloud recordings stopped?
