I'm trying to set up a C610 and the app is not finding the camera. The camera is switched on and the led is flashing red/green but the app fails to find it. I've reset the camera several times, switched it off/on again and switched on off Bluetooth on my phone but no joy. I've another camera (C425) already on the app and had no problems setting it up.

Hello,

If you fail to set up or configure your Tapo camera, please follow the steps below: 

    1. Confirm the camera model selected in the app is correct. Move your phone/tablet closer to the camera.

    2. Disable cellular data, VPNs, and ad‑blocking apps.

    3. On iOS, ensure Local Network is enabled: Why do I need to give Local Network permission to TP-Link apps in iOS devices?

    4. Wi‑Fi models: Ensure the phone is connected to the camera’s default Wi‑Fi.

    5. Bluetooth models: Enable Bluetooth, toggle it off and on, then retry.
