We bought a two pack of cameras and only one activated when we went through the set up. How do we set up the other one?

Hello,

Thanks for your post. First, could you please confirm whether both cameras are the same model?


You can try adding the second camera by following the same setup steps you used for the first one in the Tapo app: How to Set Up Your Tapo Camera Using the Tapo App
If the app still cannot find the second camera, please try a reset:  How to Factory Reset Your Tapo Camera: Two Methods


 If the problem persists, contact our customer service team and provide the results of the above troubleshooting steps.
