TAPO Hub H200 and C246D
TAPO Hub H200 and C246D
Hi,
I have issue connecting my C246D to H200, however my other cameras like C310 has No issue with hub. Any advice you can provide ?
Due to above issue unable to use H200 as storage for my cameras

Note: New firmware is typically released using a gradual rollout (phased release). This means the update is first sent to a small percentage of devices, and the rollout percentage is gradually increased over time until it reaches all devices. Therefore, if your device isn’t detecting the new version yet, that’s completely normal. The rollout will continue to expand, so please be patient.

Upon checking, Tapo H200 doesn't support Tapo C246D yet, no new firmware has been released for H200 recently.

same here, i cannot connect because the firmware of may C246D is lower, the H200 is now higher version, i guess we wait for the C246D to update?

@Perlas_of_Phils Chexk your H200 firmware - for me it got solved when updated 1.7.1.

Both devices dont have update cannot still link it cause of different versions when does update rollout in netherlands?
