TAPO Hub H200 and C246D

Hi,
I have issue connecting my C246D to H200, however my other cameras like C310 has No issue with hub. Any advice you can provide ?
Due to above issue unable to use H200 as storage for my cameras

Upon checking, Tapo H200 doesn't support Tapo C246D yet, no new firmware has been released for H200 recently.

Just like to ask, why is there a need to release products which are not compatible. it’s waste of our time, I lost so much time that the hardware and at this point cameras can’t be returned at this point.
