Model: Tapo C211
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.2.6
Good morning everyone

After doing all the tutorials to restart my camera, I determined that it stayed in brick mode autonomously.

I would like to know what I can do, I have seen people reload the firmware so that it starts, but I can't find the version of my tapo

The behavior is that the bulb stays red and from there there is no way to change it, just turning it off, try the reset button and nothing changes, the problem persists

Hello,

Here are the suggestions for you:

1. Please ensure your reset operation is correct.
How to Factory Reset Your Tapo Camera: Two Methods

2. Try the steps below to recover your camera.
1) Make sure the internet is stable and the router has a strong signal.
2) Power off the camera.
3) Move the camera closer to the router and power on the camera.
4) Wait for around 10 minutes, the camera will automatically connect to the previous Wi-Fi and re-upgrade the firmware.

If the above suggestions does not help, please contact the retailer or local support to check the device warranty.

Best  Regards,
