i do not have the option to select DS Lite as a connection type, also PPPoe does not work. Does this device support DS-lite?

Please check whether you can connect to DS-Lite by installing the beta firmware on your BE3600:

Hi,

 

Unfortunately, the Archer BE3600 (as well as most other non-DSL router models from TP-Link) doesn't support DS-Lite.

Hello  @malnik ,

Welcome to our community.

 

As Woozle mentioned, our routers' official firmware currently does not support DS-Lite. However, we have successfully secured and requested beta firmware for select models to enable support for DS-Lite configurations.

May I know the firmware and hardware versions of your device? Please refer to How to find the hardware and firmware version of my TP-Link device
