C425 with solar
Hey,
Im having real issues with my cameras staying connected to my Internet, its continously going offline. The door bell which is further away doesnt have the issue. Is there a way to resolve this?

Please verify the type of disconnection your device is experiencing. Specifically, check whether it is losing its Wi-Fi connection or becoming disconnected from the cloud (where remote control is unavailable but local control still works).
You can determine this by observing the device's LED indicator:
- Slowly blinking red: The device is attempting to connect to Wi-Fi and is currently disconnected from the Wi-Fi network.
- Solid amber: The device is connected to Wi-Fi but has lost its connection to the cloud service.

@Wayne-TP hi there, its losing connection to the Internet. I thought maybe it could be where it is but I brought it inside. It still completely did not have signal apart from a very short amount of time yesterday. Its happening to two but one is far worse than the other. We are experiencing extreme harassment from a neighbour at the moment thats including threats to life, so ita paramount we have these working.
