Hello,

I recently purchased a TP-Link Deco BE25 and successfully set up my Wi-Fi network. However, I am unable to connect my Huawei SUN2000-8KTL-M1 inverter to the network.

The inverter is unable to complete the Wi-Fi connection process. I also created a dedicated IoT network on the Deco system and tried connecting the inverter to that network, but the issue still persists.

I would appreciate your assistance in troubleshooting and resolving this problem.

Yakın zamanda bir TP-Link Deco BE25 satın aldım ve Wi-Fi ağımı başarıyla kurdum. Ancak, Huawei SUN2000-8KTL-M1 invertörümü ağa bağlayamıyorum.

İnvertör Wi-Fi bağlantı işlemini tamamlayamıyor. Ayrıca Deco sisteminde özel bir IoT ağı oluşturdum ve invertörü bu ağa bağlamayı denedim, ancak sorun hala devam ediyor.

I tried all the support suggestions provided in the forum, but the connection issue still persisted. I then purchased a Huawei Mesh X1 Pro, and the problem has been resolved.

  @GokhanINCO Have u changed the security to WPA2 only and turned OFF Fast Roaming aswell?

Hi,
Can other devices connect to the Deco's Wi-Fi successfully, such as your phones and laptops?

 

What error message or phenomenon appears when connecting the Huawei SUN2000-8KTL-M1 inverter to the Deco Wi-Fi network?

 

Please try enabling hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone (you can set the SSID, password, and security type to the same as the Deco's Wi-Fi), then check whether the Huawei SUN2000-8KTL-M1 inverter can connect to the hotspot Wi-Fi successfully.
