2 SSID after hard reset
I changed ISP's, reset all the deco units manually, set a new SSID and password, old SSID no longer viewable in the deco app however it's still broadcasting the old SSID and it's causing instability/disconnections. How can I stop it from broadcasting the old SSID?

Hi,
Usually, Deco won't broadcast the old SSID after a factory reset and reconfiguration with the new SSID. Regarding the reported phenomenon, please check if the following tips help.
1. Check if there are any Wi-Fi routers, range extenders, or APs broadcasting the old SSID.
2. Turn off all Deco nodes, wait for 1 minute, and check if the old SSID is still available. If so, I believe the Deco does not broadcast the old SSID.
3. On your phone/laptop, please remove/forget the old SSID and check if it appears again.

Thanks for the reply.
Old SSID disappears when I turn off the main router, when I turn it on it comes back so it's definitely broadcasting both old and new.

Hi,
On the Deco app > More page, please go to the Wi-Fi Settings, Guest Network, and IoT Network pages to see if any of them use the old SSID.
Do the new and old SSIDs appear on all client devices? Would you please send us a screenshot of your phone's Settings > Wi-Fi page that displays the two SSIDs?

@Solla-topee guest and IoT both disabled and no saved information there.
Olilo is the new SSID, fromabove is the old SSID and client is the old guest SSID.

Hi,
If you hold down the old SSIDs and then click "forgot/remove this network", do they appear again on your phone? If so, what can you see if you try to connect to the old SSID?
