My Smartplugs P110 and P300 that were controlled by my viewers stopped working with Lumia Stream, 
Last week i was able to connect them to Lumia Stream and let viewers interact with them controlling devices durring my stream , since last weekend they stopped connecting and getting this error : 

Failed to authenticate device at 192.168.50.169. Enable Third Party Compatibility in the Tapo app and follow the tutorial above. Error code: 192. Error message: Failed to login to device at ***.***.***.***. KLAP error: handshake1 returned an HTML/text body (48 bytes, content-type text/html). This device is not running the KLAP handshake endpoint. Most common cause: the Tapo plug has not been paired through the Tapo phone app yet (do that first, then retry). Body preview: ".(N6g..4.;.4...5d.....V#P.%..x.......S.....]A"; Legacy error: Tapo error 1003 — likely "method not supported on this firmware" (no msg)

I did allowed third party services from the phone app , is there a way to controll them localy without needing the phone to trigger them on/off ?
