I have purchased an outdoor camera and am now thinking about ordering a couple of indoor cameras for work.

 

Can I use the same Tapo app for two different wifi locations? Or would I need to set up a separate account & app for work?

Hi, You can use the same Tapo app for two different locations with different WiFi.

Hello,

Yes, you can use the same Tapo account and the same Tapo app to manage cameras in different locations (e.g., home and workplace).

There is no need to create a separate account or use another app. Simply add each new camera to your existing Tapo app, even if they are connected to different Wi‑Fi networks.

Once added, all devices (from different locations) will appear in the same app, and you can manage them remotely.
