Doorbell D230 not giving video call
When doorbell rings and my Samsung S24 is locked then the video call is not seen. I have enabled all necessary notifications needed. Also the app is not seen in the list of Full Screen Notification list. So I think it needs to be updated for samsung. It works on iPhone.

Can you receive video calls from the doorbell when your phone is unlocked? If you can, then the issue is most likely related to your phone’s specific settings.
Please check out this guide and go through all the listed settings. If any of them aren’t enabled on your phone yet, try turning them on to see if it helps. It’s worth trying the suggestions for both scenarios mentioned in the article. What should I do if Tapo/Kasa notifications are delayed or not working?

Looks like these instructions are outdated as S24 with one ui 8.5 doesn't have these options. The other thing I have noticed is that Tapo doesn't show in the list for Full Screen Alerts in the Apps Special access where all calling apps should be there.
But just to confirm, all required permissions for notifications has been enabled by me for Tapo, still same.

Different brands, and even different models within the same brand, have their own unique permission settings. I haven’t heard of the specific mobile permission setting you mentioned before, so I can’t say for sure if it’s the key factor here.
As mentioned earlier, if your phone can receive the doorbell ring call normally when unlocked, but not when locked, then this is very likely related to your phone’s operating system settings. Since we aren’t experts on your specific phone’s OS, I recommend reaching out to your phone manufacturer’s or carrier’s support for assistance.
