I can't access my tapo camera when I'm away and using my mobile data. When i'm at home, I can view it from my phone since I am connected to my home's wifi but as soon as I get out, I can't view it anymore. It's LED light is always on steady red. I have tried to change the DNS server, resetting and rebooting the camera already.

Hi,

If the camera shows “Local Only” and cannot be viewed remotely, follow Scenario 2 in this FAQ: Tapo/Kasa Camera Not Working: Cannot View Camera Troubleshooting Guide
