I cannot access my saved recordings from the cloud server. Worked fine until today

Hi,

If you fail to download cloud recordings via the Tapo app, try these steps:

    1. For cloud recording downloads, switch to another Wi-Fi network or use mobile data for a try. 

    2. On iOS devices, ensure "Local Network" is enabled: Why do I need to give Local Network permission to TP-Link apps in iOS devices?

    3. Temporarily disable VPN or security apps that may block connections (e.g., AdGuard, DuckDuckGo).

    4. Restart the router and doorbell.

    5. Force-close the Tapo app and log in again.

    6. Test with another phone or tablet to check if the issue is device-related.
