Model: Tapo P300
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.4.2

Hi. I set the three plugs of the P300 to turn off when I leave (using mobile phone) and on when I return. Identical settings, this works well in plugs no.1 and 2 but not in no.3 that is totally unresponsive. However, it  works as I can turn on and off all plugs (incl. the problematic no.3) remotely from the Tapo app on phone or tablet. Firmware updated to last version. Any clue?

Thanks, Pietro

It looks like your plug is controlled by an automation (geofencing), is that right? Try creating a separate, simple automation rule just for that Plug No. 3 to see if it can be controlled normally. For example, set the trigger to a time (e.g., 2 minutes from now).

Also, is the schedule function for that specific socket working correctly?
