Model: Deco XE75  
Hardware Version: V20
Firmware Version: Latest

I bought and set up 3 decos today. 
 

the main one is hard wired to my switch 

A second is backbones wired to my switch 

a third is WiFi connected to the main one. 
 

the decos are set up in AP mode as my broadband router is my dhcp. 
 

on the main and third deco , both internet browsing and apps on my phone can connect and work. 
 

on the second backbone wired deco, my iPhone can browse the web using safari and google search app, but all other apps such as blink or Facebook do not work. I just get spinning icons and no data. 
 

does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Hi,
You can try the following steps and confirm the information below for further analysis.


  1. Please connect the 2nd Deco to another Ethernet port on the switch or connect it to the main Deco by an Ethernet cable, then check if the devices connected to it work fine.
  2. You can try swapping the locations of the main Deco and 2nd Deco and check if they will work fine.
  3. Whether other devices connected to the 2nd Deco are working properly?
  4. If the apps on your iPhone do not work when connecting to the 2nd Deco, can you go to the corresponding website successfully, such as the Facebook website?
