Firmware Version: Unsure can’t get on to see it because I’m in help via the app

I have two C510W's that go offline after working perfectly fine for a few months, now the both go offline, I have to do a reset to get them working again, I have done all the checks on my broadband and it's fine, I even bought a WiFi extender to see if that would help, but no joy there either, same thing happens over and over again, the cameras are less than six months old bought from Argos, if I can't get this fixed I'll need to remove them and get something more reliable, I need these for my van & garden.

 If the camera frequently disconnects or goes offline, refer to the troubleshooting steps here: Troubleshooting Guide: Tapo Camera, Doorbell, or Smart Device Going Offline
