This camera keeps stopping and starting recording. Today it has not recorded anything at all. The controls on my phone are greyed out. It says cannot reach your camera please try again later or refresh. Then it buffers permanently. There is a new sd card in it. I'm subscribed to the cloud. There are no recording on either.

We recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps in order:
1. Restart your phone – This can often resolve temporary communication glitches between the app and the camera.
2. Reinstall the App – If a restart doesn’t help, please uninstall and then reinstall the app. This ensures you are starting with a fresh app environment.
3. Reset and Reconfigure the Camera – If the issue persists, please perform a hard reset on the camera (usually by holding the reset button): How to Factory Reset Your Tapo Camera: Two Methods

Important Note: This will erase all camera settings, including the Wi-Fi configuration. You will need to set it up from scratch.
