I have my NC200 set up to send emails of any motion detected, but does it also store the photos locally, and if so where?

Motion detected pictures are sent to you mail ! not saved localy,
unless you have TP-Link Camera Control running on a computer, if so, look at the settngs window. 2 to the top. thats the save path, but i dont think it will save motion detection there

No they are not saved locally. All photos are mailed to the users.

They can be both stored and mailed for you, as I know

They are mailed obviously and can be stored via usb on your computer.
