How about local network? can you still controk it locally during that time?
Is the router working properly? If router is working well, we may check the NC only.
Since the FW is the latest one, try to reset the NC.

What is the current hardware and firmware version of it?
There are not much feedback reported by our customers, compared with the amount of the camera owner, the camera should be working properly with the latest firmware.

Thanks for your reply.
Does this NC450 work properly now?
You can adjust the wireless settings of the main router to improve the wireless performance.
And you can move it closer to the router to get better signal strength.
