I have successfully connected four HS110 and recently purchased two HS100.

Neither of the HS100 will connect.

Any suggestions?

1. First, ensure that the wifi light is flashing amber and green; if not, you can reset it: with the plug powered on, hold the settings button for 10s.

2. Then you can follow the instruction below to configure it:
