If I change my router his do I change the WiFi in my plugs? Do I have to delete and re-add?

Yes, once the previous Wi-Fi is disconnected, we are not able to control the smart plug anymore. Delete it from the device list and re-add it, you will be able to connect it to the new Wi-Fi network.
