Hi guys, anyone encounter turning on & off receive no reaction but had to manually switch off.

Hello, what about the HS100 itself? Can you turn it on and off via the kasa app normally?

 

What is the model number of the appliance plugged into the HS100? What is the powe consumption?

 

Try to change another wall socket  to plug this HS100 and change another client to give it a go.

 

Besides, may I know when and where did you buy this smart plug?
