Just got a tapo C200 camera, following setup and it will not connect.  The LED is blinking red and green, I can see the camera's wifi it's connecting to (says internet may not be available) and it says it can't find the camera.

 

I'm using Samsung S9 phone and Virgin Superhub 3 as my wifi access.  Has paired amazon devices and tp link plugs no problem.

 

Any ideas?

Hello, please ensure you are running the latest Tapo app on your phone and temporarily disable the 4G cellular data on the phone, then launch the Tapo app and start over again.
