Using Tapo C200 Without Internet
is there any way to view live camera without internet ?
or is there some setting that i should change before i can access it ?
the device and the camera already connected to the same router but when the wifi icon on my smartphone have exclamation mark it can't access the camera
the exclamation mark on my smartphone only happen because i intentionally disconnect the internet but keep the router on
i try asking this question because there's claim on the support page that this camera can be accessed without internet as long as the camera and the device which access the camera are connected to the same router

Could you please help me check the following information:
- What the LED status on the camera when there is no internet from the router, solid green, or red?
- Turn off the VPN if there is one on the smart phone;
- May I know the modem number of your main router?—if there is any AP isolation, or firewall/ access control, please also turn it off for a while;
- If possible, please also test on a different smartphone to see what happened;

1. solid green
2. i don't use vpn on my phone
3. the only customization on my router is that the dhcp number start from 10
4. i test it on 3 different phone, galaxy note 9, xiaomi pocophone 1, and galaxy note 10
