tpcamera can’t connect to NC450 after upgraded to iOS 14
Hello, i had just updated my iPhone and iPad to iOS 14 yesterday but after the upgrade both devices are no longer connect to my NC450 cameras from the tpcamera app. It will just keep waiting to connect to the cameras in the app. I have no problem connecting to my cameras in tpcamera with my other iPhone still using iOS 13.7. I had tried many times with all 3 devices and have the same results, work in iOS 13.7 but not in iOS 14. I even restarted all my cameras few times but same result. Appreciate any help or suggestions from Tp-link or anyone. Thank you

@AKO2020 Hello good day.. I would like to feedback that TP Camera application has been crashed since I updated the new update from TP Link. I'm using my iPad Mini but the when I open the app it always crashed (cannot open). I already tried to update to iOS 14 and added the local network approved but the app still not working. Can help someone do something about this? Thanks for the support.

Did you have any Android devices to have a test?
By the way, what is your current APP version?
And have you tried to un-install the APP and install it again?

I'm using iPAD Mini 2019 version
1. Before you updated to the IOS14, did you still have the APP crashed issue?
Answer: I'm using iOS 13 last time and the app never crashed
2. Did you have any Android devices to have a test?
Answer: I tested on my iPhone XS MAX and the app is working fine even the iOS is iOS 14
3. By the way, what is your current APP version?
Answer: Version 3.1.12 I installed to my iPAD Mini 2019 model
4. And have you tried to un-install the APP and install it again?
Answer: Yes I tried 10-20 times but same result, the app always crashed
Hopefully this taken care of TP link team, it's badly needed to fix.
