i have just set up a Tp link smart plug, dont know if ive done this right, the only way to get the plug to work is go to wifi settings ,select network, i select tp link plug 975, then i can connect and work it but now i cant use my other smart devices because iv disconnect my router ,(using iphone with kasa  app),if i go back to wifi setting,choose network then choose my router my other devices work ,tp link plug does not work, dont have this problem with my other smart plugs they just joined router wifi, not seperate,if that makes any sense, dont know if ive explained my problem well ,any help appreciated,thanks.

Sorry for the delay.

If you can still see the default Wi-Fi of the smart plug, it seemed like you haven’t set up it successfully yet.

Could you please refer to the following instruction to set it up again:

 If the setup failed, please help me get the following information:

1.the model number of the home router;

2.a screen-shot of the step which you could not get through;

sorry must be missing something, very little information in that link to  help  me to set up,

1.download app

2.connect to device your router

3.launch app,

not really alot of help :)

i have 2 settings in wifi setting on phone, choose network, Fritz box 4020 or  kasa lug, if i select plug then i am disconnected from router on phone?

@scoop64following virgin media outing last week cannot now connect smart plug previously connected
