@Franrz

Good day,

Would a factory reset temporarily fix this issue?

And if possible, could you please download the Decibel Meter App to test the noise of the plug and provide up the screen-shot?

By the way, would changing to different sockets make any difference?

Thank you very much.

@TP-Link

Factory reset doesn´t solve anything.

It a noticiable noise thoughout the room.

It is a typical filter noise in switched power sources.

it does the same in other plugs.

It is of a high frecuency of about 10Khz, meadured with the mobile and the spectroid app.

It´s not a loud sound in db, but you always listen and a lot when there´s silence.

Attached screenshot.

Sorry for my English.

@TP-Link

Ok.

he recibido y contestado el e-mail.

I received and answered the email.

I confirm that i have another HS110 V2 firmware 1.5.6 older.

And it makes a noise almost the same as described, but it is very low is only appreciated if you put your ear together (literally) to the Hs110.

If anyone can approach your HS110 or your Hs100 and chek if it emits any kind of noise, I appreciate it.

Thanks.

@Franrz DId you find a solution to this?

I've have a few KP115's and they are the same. REALLY load and irritating Coil Whine coming from them.

I've had to stop using them / turn them off at night.

@TonyReilly

Hi, sorry to write to you in Spanish but it is easier for me to explain it to you, later you try to translate it. Or you ask me again, thank you.

Thank you.
