Hey!

We have 2 C100 cameras that we have in the children's room.
One camera can be seen live on and off the home. The other can only be viewed locally and that camera "disappears" all of a sudden. Which means that you can not keep track of what you want at all.

So to my question.

Should it be the case that you can only have 1 camera or can you have several and if so, how do you do so both live outside at home.

Why does one camera "disappear"?

Hi,

Thanks for your patience.

Multiple cameras could be bind to the same email account, so that it is not the account issue.

As for the camera which showed up local only, if you go to the device settings, would there be any remote control option to switch it on?

If possible, could you please send me a private message about the MAC address of the Tapo C100?

By the way, what is the model number of your home router

Have you tried to reset this camera and set it up again?
