Thank you for your clear post. As a test can you turn off Continuous recording and use Motion detection  on MicroSD card recording.

When a motion a triggered by vehicle on road, please send us a short video of that clip (you may use screen record on phone to record the motion detection clip)

If the motion is trigger by vehicle not included in custom zones,  may I have photo of your Activity Zone and Motion Detection settings on camera, thank you.

Firmware 1.1.8 is newer than the beta and should have fixed this issue, if not, may I have a photo of your Activity Zone and also the video clips ?For Line Cross and Area Intrusion, can you also share the Activity Zone settings and share a video showing the details?  To address the issue and try to fix it, we would like to have a specialist look into this further via email.
