I am trying to view live video from the NC450 to VLC (V2.2.3) running on a Win7 PC using RTSP, but VLC keeps crashing.

Stream is entered as VLC -> Media -> Open Nework Stream -> rtsp://admin:<pwd>@192.168.1.174:554/h264_hd.sdp After hitting Play, VLC Win7 reports 'VLC media player has stopped working'. I have enabled logging on VLC, but appears to crash before any log files are created,

The NC450 displays video correctly when using the live-stream tab when using Firefox, so I am reasonably sure I have the camera configured correctly.

VLC is being used successfully to display an RTSP stream from another manufacturers video encoder, so I am pretty sure that VLC is installed correctly.

Are there any known issues with VLC in this configuration, or are there any other free stream viewers avalable which work with the NC450 on a PC ?
