Hello. Can I change the live view port? I've got 1.5.0 firmware and the browser informs me that the certificate is not valid too. Is it a firmare problem?
Thanks!

Hi,
For your information, for NC450 V1.5, the remote access to web-ui requires port 443, and HTTPS access must be typed in the URL when accessing externally.
While the web-ui has been encrypted and encapsulated, resulting in remote access to web-Ui, even if the port is opened, we can't get the corresponding video stream by clicking live view. Instead, we can get the configuration page only.
As a work around, if you have a device which can open the network stream directly, you can use the RTSP stream to satisfy it. The port number is 554.
Here is an example you can access it via RTSP stream. rtsp://admin:Password@IP:port number/h264_hd.sdp
Note: The IP is the internet IP address, the port is port number you opened for the RTSP stream.
May it help and have a nice day.

Thank you very much for the help.I'm gonna try this solution.
Is there any application to view the camera from a PC outside the local network or is it only via browser?
It would be very helpful to have a computer application in case you want to add more cameras to visualize

Hi,
We can use tpCamera app to manage the NC450 both locally and remotely. Meanwhile, we can use it to view the live videos.
Besides, some devices which supports RTSP stream can be used to watch the live remotely.
May it help and have a nice day.

Hi,
The RTSP stream is used to watch the videos only.
Sorry to tell you that there is no tpcamera app for PC.
One more thing, you can login to the cloud website to manage the camera.
May it help. Good day.
