Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.9

My Tapo L530E recognized as 510 series in the tapo app so I couldn't use the bulb's color functions at all. I tried factory reset the bulb and add it again but the results are the same
Could you please help what could cause this ?

Hi, Thank you for the feedback.

For the current issue, it is suggested to contact the retailer where you purchased the bulb to request a replacement;
