Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.8.11

For the past few months, the "white" color setting of the light bulb has been either blue(max brightness) or purple(min brightness) and very dim. 

 

I've tried:

- switching the bulb to a different socket

- resetting the bulb

- checking for firmware updates (app says there are none)

Sounds broken to me. You might want to contact TP Link support directly to see if they're replace it.

It should be a hardware issue on that bulb, you could contact retailer or local support to check warranty.
