May I know could camera be powered on right now? You could try a different power adapter if you got one, and try a different power socket for camera. 

Try a factory reset as photo below until camera and see if camera responds to a reset? 

If camera has no power at all and does not respond for a reset, sorry to tell you the camera should be be faulty, you may contact retailer or local support to check warranty.
