What device could be used as hardware kasa hub for automation? - I need it in case of internet failure and telephone unaivability. Kasa devices can't talk to each other without internet or hub. HA and ST hubs are not an option for now.

We don't have a hardware hub for kasa devices automation. Smart action will not work if internet fails as that replies on cloud service.
But schedule will still take effect when internet fails until smart device lose power physically.
