Hello, I purchased the Tapo C210 for better quality to keep an eye of my dogs. As I already have the C200.

For some reason my cloud shows on the older camera C200 but the C210 doesn't. What does it mean? Does it not support it? 

 

It is important to show the cloud videos at the bottom so I know what's my dogs are up to. 

 

I even purchased the subscription for 2 cameras and still nothing shows.

Hi @Killalsandwich 

For your concern: 

1. Make sure to add all cameras in the Tapo Care Plan:  Tapo app, go to Me > Tapo Care, and tap on Select Camera on the plan subscription card.

2. Double check Motion Detection settings on the camera which does not have the cloud video:

How to use motion detection function of my Tapo camera in Tapo app 

  • Enable motion detection 
  • Double check Activity zone of camera
  • Try to turn on Alarm on Camera, will camera reports an Alarm for detected motion? Is there any cloud video clip created at that time?
