Tapo C200 unable to record during live stream and during playback
I have bought 3 Tapo C200 cameras and one of them is using Samsung Evo Plus SD while two others are using Sandisk SD.
But all of the cameras unable to record video during playback or live recording as there will be an error "This video is damaged".
All the SD cards were formatted using Tapo C200 while installing the cameras. Please help me 😢

Hi there. The problem have been resolved on its own today on both my Xiaomi phone. No more error during manual recording.
The app and firmware are both up to date.

Sorry for the late reply.
Do you mean the manual recording feature does not work properly or SD card recordings can't be watched in Playback?
Can I have a photo or video clip showing the error, thank you.
- Please confirm your Tapo APP and firmware are both up to date.
- Try a different phone if got one to help isolate the issue
- Check router firewall and see if any tplink related data or packets are blocked
Can I know the 1) APP version 2) model of phone and its Android or IOS version 3) were the camera manual recording work fine before 4) ISP & Model of router, does camera connect to router directly or through extender? Thank you
