Model: KL430
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.0.9

I have a KL430 with 2 KL430Es attached. The KL430 works perfectly but the 2 extensions simply cycle through colours and only respond to the app when I turn the power off.

I have the exact same set up on the other side of my room which works so I'm not sure what I am doing wrong.

Anyone able to help?

Hello @Jay12F

Thank you for your feedback. Can you help describe  how KL430E the extension part 'cycle through colours ' in details and help attach a video of it? Thank you

1. Try a factory reset on power strip and see if that fix the issue:

How to reset TP-Link Kasa smart light strip?

2. Try to test 1* KL430E at a time with the KL430 and see if that happen with both KL430E when test separately.

@Solla-topee

Thanks for replying.

Tried multiple factory resets without effect. I have attached a video where you can see the left hand side is flashing and the right is remaining white. I have the same set up on the opposite side of the room and it is working well.

I haven't tested each segment individually as it is recessed and glued down in a track so is a pain to get to but I will if there is no other way.

Thanks again. Much appreciated.
