Hello. Today I bought a camera, connected it immediately and updated the software.
I purchased a basic subscription to save in the cloud,
unfortunately, nothing is recorded in the cloud. there is no recordings in the application in the cloud recordings tab.

If cloud recording does not work properly, here are some tips that may help with your case 

1. Confirm camera has been added to Tapo Care subscription:

Tapo APP-> Me -> Tapo Care - > Select Camera -> My Cameras.

2. Confirm Motion Detection is 'ON', and you have set up proper Activity zone Sensitivity settings for the camera

3. Reboot the camera.
