I've recenelty installed a number of HS220 in a new home. They all work before setting them up in the Kasa app, all turn on and off and dim the lights using the physical buttons. When I try to setup the lights in the app everything clicks through just fine except that once it's complete the dim setting is to 1%, the dim function does not work, and if I try to turn the light off it immediately turns back on. The only way to turn the light off is to reset it, disconnecting it from the app.
